Information we collectWe collect your email and profile from the identity provider you choose during sign-in (Google/Github). Additional identity providers may be added in the future. The sign-in process is used for authentication, to ensure fair-use, and for payment accounting if applicable.
How we use your informationYour email is used for authentication and communication. Your email is not visible to space participants you collaborate with. However, if you use email sign-in, the part of your email before the @ is visible to the space (set as your name).
Content PrivacyWe use end-to-end encryption to ensure all content created in spaces remains opaque to our servers. By content we mean chat messages, diagrams, code, terminal output, or any data created among space participants using the collaborative apps. This means servers cannot use your content for analytics, training, or any other purpose. For technical details, see our security page.
Data storage and sharingData is stored within the US. We only share your information with service providers necessary to operate the service (such as payment processing and email delivery). There are no ads or tracking on this website. We collect some anonymous page visit stats for traffic analysis.
Data retentionWe retain personal data while you have an account with us. Inactive or deleted content will be eventually archived via automated process.
Payment processingWe use Stripe to process payments. We do not store or have access to your credit card details. This information is managed by Stripe, which adheres to industry standards for data security and privacy.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies.
Children's privacyOur service is not designed for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and learn that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from children under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
