Please read these terms carefully. By using oorja ("App"), you agree to these terms.

EligibilityYou must be at least 13 years old. If under 13, you may only use the App with parental or guardian involvement.
AccountYou authenticate via Google or Email. You're responsible for account security and all activity under your account. Accounts cannot be shared. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Acceptable UseUse the App lawfully. Don't violate laws, harass others, infringe rights, engage in fraud, or interfere with the App's security or functionality. You're responsible for compliance with your local laws. To report abuse or violations, see our safety & reporting page.
Content OwnershipYou own content you create. You grant us the right to store and transmit your content (encrypted) solely to provide the service.
Subscriptions & PaymentsSubscriptions auto-renew monthly and are billed in advance. Payment processing is handled by Stripe - you provide payment details (card number, expiration, billing address) which Stripe uses solely to process your purchase. By making a purchase, you confirm you have legal right to use the payment method and that all information provided is accurate. We may refuse or cancel orders due to availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unauthorized transactions. You can cancel anytime in your account settings. If we change pricing or features, we'll give you at least 60 days notice. After cancellation, paid features are disabled but you'll have approximately 6 months to export your content before it may be cleared. Note that content decryption requires access to your account keychain (i.e. Do not delete your account / remember your keychain password if set). For refunds, see our refund policy.
Service Availability & LiabilityWe strive to maintain the best possible availability and reliability. However, the App is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
TerminationWe may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, or security threats. We'll provide notice when possible. You can delete your account or request data export by contacting hello@oorja.io
Changes to TermsWe may update these terms with notice via email or the App. Continued use means acceptance. We won't compromise our privacy and security principles.
