The App is designed to provide collaborative and communication features to users. By using the App, you agree to the following:

1. User Age Restrictions:

   You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you are 13 years of age or older, or that you have obtained verifiable parental consent to use the App.

   If you are under 13, you may only use the App with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

2. You may use the App for any lawful and legitimate purpose. However, you agree not to use the App for any illegal, harmful, or nefarious activities, including but not limited to:
   • Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
   • Engaging in any fraudulent or deceptive activities.
   • Harassing, threatening, or defaming others.
   • Uploading or sharing content that infringes upon others' rights.
   • Interfering with the security or functionality of the App.
3. You acknowledge that your use of the App is subject to compliance with the laws and regulations of your state or jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the App is lawful in your area.


4. The App's creators, developers, and operators ("We" or "Us") are not responsible for any actions or content shared by users through the App. You agree that We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.


5. Subscriptions:
• Subscription Plans: We offer different subscription plans, details of which are available on our website. Each plan has its own features and pricing, which are subject to change. Any changes in pricing or features will be communicated in advance.
• Payment Processing: Payments are securely processed through Stripe. When you make a payment, you will be directed to Stripe’s payment gateway, where you can enter your payment details safely. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
• Renewals and Cancellations: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
• Upon cancellation, your current plan remains active until the end of the billing period.
  Post-cancellation, you retain access to existing content but cannot create new rooms or content.
  Data export and encrypted reference deletion requests can be made at any time by contacting us.
6. Termination:
• We reserve the right to terminate access for non-compliance.
• Termination for violations, disruptive behavior, or security threats.
• Temporary or permanent access removal as deemed necessary.
• We aim to provide notice and explanation when possible.
7. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Us harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the App, including any violation of these Terms.

These Terms may be updated or modified by Us from time to time. Your continued use of the App after any modifications to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. For major changes to these Terms, we may also send you an email notification to keep you informed. That being said, we will not stray from our core values of privacy and security.
